Each day more than 200 people move to metro Dallas, a vast percentage of those individuals are millennials. Those millennials need a place to dwell. It’s no secret that the downtown Dallas landscape offers every amenity that potential residents could dream of coming home to. Most residential buildings in the downtown vicinity have either been completely renovated or are new, giving countless living options. The proximity of 1900 Pacific Residences is prime, offering less than 150 units with varying soft-loft, open floor plans, suited with state-of-the-art amenities. The community areas further enhance the overall living experience for the resident. More than ever, today’s Dallas resident looks not only for a swanky and swagged out pad with an easy commute but also a lifestyle.

1900 Pacific Residences offers life and style beyond four walls and needed help expressing that across all print and digital platforms but first, an identity needed to be established.

Solution:

CK Studio proposed to create and develop visual solutions to increase resident rentals leases by positioning the brand for awareness and recognition influenced by a mid-century modern period that reflects throughout the 1900 Pacific Residences interior decor. We also proposed video storytelling which would capture the lifestyle of 1900 Pacific Residence, developed customized resident engagement experiences and developing social media strategy, plans and tactics to create awareness.
