The Executive Leadership Council conference was held at the Gaylord Resort in Maryland. Amazon was a sponsor of the event and held its very own offsite private gala activation to bring together black executive leaders in their organization.
Amazon wanted a “grown and sexy” look.
Branding, backdrops, package design, powerpoint templates, and more were designed to pay homage to smooth jazz, the rhythm, and flow similar to executives having to orchestrate and flow with the current times to make sure they are being great leaders for the ones who follow.
