Dr. Martin Luther King Celebration
The City of Dallas, holds an annual parade to celebrate and honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We worked with “celebrate our history” and City of Dallas to create a brand that eventually combined the North and South Dallas parades underneath one day and one brand. This was also the first televised Dallas Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. parade and beat out “The Wendy Williams Show,” landing second place that day on the Nielsen TV rating.
A modern brand identity was created with his face, including bright, beautiful colors to reflect the celebratory day. A website was designed with social media post, newspaper ads, maps, t-shirts, banners, and more.
