Overview
IF: Gathering is a global discipleship ministry founded by Bible teacher and author Jennie Allen. What began as a conference has grown into a movement focused on equipping women with tools and resources to reclaim discipleship as God’s means to change the world.
Each year, IF: Gathering convenes women across cities and continents through conferences and community gatherings rooted in faith, learning, and connection. CK Creative partnered with IF: Gathering to design a sponsorship packet specifically for the Dallas activation.
The Challenge
The Dallas activation required a sponsorship packet that could clearly communicate IF: Gathering’s mission, impact, and reach while resonating with potential sponsors aligned with faith-based values. The material needed to feel both spiritually grounded and professionally executed—balancing heart, clarity, and strategic structure.
The challenge was to translate a deeply meaningful ministry into a compelling sponsorship narrative that honored the faith-centered mission while supporting partnership and growth.
The Solution
We designed a sponsorship packet that blended storytelling with structure—centering IF: Gathering’s vision, global impact, and community reach. The design emphasized warmth, reverence, and clarity, ensuring the message felt inviting and purposeful without being overwhelming.
The packet was crafted to:
